How we protect your personal data
995 Heritage Sàrl attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data when you visit our website, in accordance with the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), in force since September 1, 2023.
We collect the following categories of data:
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
The forms on the "Vehicle Sourcing", "Trade-In Valuation" and "Contact" pages are processed by the third-party service Web3Forms (Web3Creative, India; servers in the United States), which sends us the content of your message by email. Our mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak SA in Switzerland. This data is used exclusively to respond to you and is not used for advertising purposes. Photos you send us by WhatsApp or email for a valuation are handled in the same way.
Our website does not itself set any cookies and does not use any audience measurement tool.
The website's fonts (Google Fonts) and the map on the Contact page (Google Maps) are loaded from the servers of Google LLC in the United States. Your browser therefore sends your IP address to Google, which processes this data under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp links only send data to WhatsApp (Meta) if you click on them. If you send us photos or messages via WhatsApp, they are processed by WhatsApp, a Meta group service, under its own privacy policy, and may be transferred to the United States.
Nor does the site store any data in your browser's local storage.
Some providers process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the United States: Netlify (website hosting), Web3Forms (form transmission) and Google (fonts and map). These transfers rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which Netlify states it adheres to, or standard contractual clauses, intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data, in accordance with the requirements of the FADP.
Data submitted through our forms is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted or archived in accordance with legal obligations. Technical logs and data kept by our providers are retained under their own rules.
Under the FADP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access, right to rectification, right to deletion, right to restriction of processing and right to data portability. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@995heritage.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.
We may update this privacy policy at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page.
